This is a hands-on culinary experience with an Emmy and James Beard winner chef! Under the guidance of chef AlexG, you will prepare a gourmet meal (or desserts) and then enjoy it around our table. You will learn French cooking techniques, knife skills, sauces, and how to cook locally sourced vegetables and proteins perfectly, you may learn to use a mini-torch to caramelize your creme brulée (upgrade 2). We can customize menus for your group (upgrade 3). The experience can be private (see pricing), or you can join a Public class, those classes are limited to 10 guests. We can accommodate up to 15 people for a private class. Your fee with Viator is for a basic class; you can choose one of our upgrades from our menu to create a very special experience.
