IMPORTANT NOT the government have the right to close or to cancel any tour regarding security emergency or some VIP visit without notice to the Us the library of congress (not open on Monday) its closed because the library of congress is closed Monday and we will substitute the Us capitol museum and spend more time at the Us capitol . also any tour start at 8 am it’s just the us capitol after that joining the bus tour for the morning or the full day tour ,and all Us capitol tours meeting point at first street and Maryland Ave NE across the street from the supreme courts please enjoy your tour . with signature tours and Dc guided tours . In addition, the 8:00 a.m. US Capitol tour does NOT include the Library of Congress All other daily tours do except for Mondays per the above. All tours start at 8 AM ,9am,11:30am,2pm from the meeting point at First Street and Maryland Avenue NE across from the United States Supreme Court no no sign allowed meet us 15 minutes before starting time
