Virginia has spent 8 years writing about oyster farmers. She is certified in Gastronomic Tourism by Le Cordon Bleu Paris, serves as an Oyster Sommelier, and is a certified member of the prestigious Oyster Master Guild. She launched Lady Oyster, a culinary tour company, to help visitors and Mainers alike connect more deeply with Maine seafood.
