Although less than two miles round trip, this moderately challenging hike at high elevation will get your heart pounding and senses thriving. During your hike, enjoy a snack and a hot drink while experiencing the best of Colorado nature. Finally, head to a nearby mining town where you will have lunch and later visit a hot spring where you can enjoy a soak in its therapeutic waters. Can you think of a more perfect Colorado day?
