This thrilling horseback riding tour (for those 9 and older) will take you through the majestic Joshua tree forest, some reaching as far back as 600 years. You'll explore the Historic Western Ranch, home in its day to notorious bank & train robber. As if that's not enough excitement for your buck - saddle up with their cowboy guides who lead riders along golden desert trails past grazing buffalo before finishing at the rustic ranch restaurant where cool drinks are plentiful, lunch (included) and so is entertainment from the singing cowboy! Meadview
Once owned by a notorious 19th-century gunfighter, this Old West-style resort on a secluded cattle ranch is 10 miles from the rim of the Grand Canyon, 2 hours from Las Vegas. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to ride on a western horse and see the icon of the west, the buffalo, roaming in its natural environment. All the horse rides are designed for beginners; the horses are gentle and well trained and suitable for all ages. (age 9 and over). Comfortably seated in your authentic western saddle you will follow your guide through the Joshua Trees lining the historic Mormon Trail and up to Buffalo Point. You will have the opportunity to photograph wild buffalo and panoramic views of Spirit and Iron Mountain.
