On this fun and unscripted food tour in NYC, we'll explore 5-6 quality local restaurants, diving into the rich culinary world of dumplings and dim sum for a delightful array of tastes, from classic jiaozi and fluffy baozi to juicy soup dumplings (xiao long bao), delicate har gow, and maybe even a surprise or two!

Just like our other food crawls, our route is flexible, so the exact dumpling discoveries vary each day. Got a specific dumpling craving? Let your guide know!
