What To Expect
1
Antelope Canyon
Antelope Canyon is one of the most famous slot canyons in the world, located in northern Arizona near the town of Page, within the Navajo Nation reservation. Formed over thousands of years by the forces of water and wind, the canyon is renowned for its stunning, wave-like sandstone walls and the magical light beams that shine through the narrow openings above—especially around midday.
2
Horseshoe Bend
Horseshoe Bend is a breathtaking natural landmark located near Page, Arizona, just a few miles from Antelope Canyon. It’s a dramatic horseshoe-shaped meander of the Colorado River, carved into the red rock landscape over millions of years. From the viewpoint atop a 1,000-foot (300-meter) cliff, visitors can admire the sweeping curve of the river below, surrounded by stunning desert scenery. Horseshoe Bend is easily accessible via a short hike from a nearby parking area and is a favorite spot for photography, especially at sunset when the canyon walls glow with rich, warm colors.
3
Glen Canyon Dam Overlook
Glen Canyon Dam is a massive concrete arch-gravity dam located on the Colorado River in northern Arizona, near the town of Page. Completed in 1966, the dam stands 710 feet (216 meters) tall and creates Lake Powell, one of the largest man-made reservoirs in the United States.
